How does NamasteKisan provide a solution in case of between Buyer and Farmer?
We make sure there won’t be any conflicts if there are any such instances beyond the circumstances, NamasteKisan conducts a check of the buyer and farmer and takes appropriate actions. This is the reason NamasteKisan will verify the quality of the farmers produce, even buyers are encouraged to verify the quality directly or with 3rd party help.
Will NamasteKisan ship the products ?
Yes NamasteKisan will ship the products,all you need to do is during checkout select Shipping by NamasteKisan option.
A separate Invoice will be sent for the shipping charges which has to be settled before shipping the products.
Shipping charges are calculated from pickup point to Shipping Address.
Can buyer pickup products directly ?
Yes, Buyers can pickup their orders directly,Buyers need to select Shipping by Buyers option during checkout.
Address of the pickup location will be Notified to the buyer by Email & SMS.

1.Visit (http://www.namastekisan.com/become-a-vendor) 2.Select your appropriate plan (Basic / Premium) and Pay Online
- Register and Apply to become a vendor
- Our Seller support Manager will manage & publish catalog for you NamasteKisan will promote your products through di”erent marketing channels 6.Customer sees your product online and makes a purchase Customers are given two shipping options during check out
- Shipping by NamasteKisan
- Shipping by Buyer
- You will receive a notification of successful order and shipping details. 8.NamasteKisan will coordinate with seller in both the shipping options 9.Products are shipped
- NamasteKisan will deposit the funds into seller Bank account after deducting.
What products can I sell on NamasteKisan?

If I list my products using Sell with NamasteKisan, will the customer know that he or she is purchasing from me on NamasteKisan website?
We will clearly indicate on our product detail pages and o”er listing pages that the product is sold by you and the invoice will carry your name.
How and when do I get paid?
NamasteKisan will disburse payments to your bank account,You will be eligible to get paid for the order after the order is confirmed as shipped.
Less than 48 hrs from shipping, seller will receive the payment.
How do I manage my orders on NamasteKisan?
You can view your orders and manage them through “Manage Order” inside Vendor Dash Board, your orders will be shipped by NamasteKisan / Buyers, you can pack your orders and schedule pickup with our seller support manager.
